Phillip Mould
Logistics Manager
I am responsible for organising work into operations and managing the team. This includes route planning, project planning & general day to day smooth running of the operations department to ensure clients’ needs are serviced to the best standard possible.
Nicola White
Scanning Operative
I work with the business development manager to make sure clients scanning needs are met using client specification documents.
My favourite parts of the job include the ability to work independently and as part of a team. It’s great to work with people that care about the company and I believe the staff at IBEX all care about honesty, hard work and integrity.
Howard Geoffrey Monk
Delivery and Collections
I have a customer-focused role delivering goods and bringing back documents for archiving. On occasion I work in the warehouse to help set out and safeguard customer files and boxes.
I really enjoy driving and meeting new customers. I enjoy working at IBEX, there’s always something different to do and I get on with the team. We often have social evenings out to keep up the rapport.
John Cheadle
Delivery and Collections
I deliver and collect various files to clients throughout the North West. I collect confidential information waste products from clients and return them to the warehouse for processing.
IBEX endeavours to do things the correct way, which gives me great job satisfaction.
Paul Williams
Delivery and Collections
My role is to handle new projects coming into the fire retardancy facility and maintaining the area. I have a lovely wife and son and I am a new grandfather! I love walking & have completed many charitable challenges including a 3 peaks walk earlier this year.
Don Berry

I have been with IBEX for many years – since the beginning in 1996. I work on delivering and servicing client requests & have a great easy going nature. Most of our clients know me well. I’m a keen angler & skier as well as having been a football referee for many years.
Stuart Monk
Warehouse operative
I drive forklift trucks, put files and boxes away and arrange files for delivery. My role also covers health and safety.
I enjoy working at IBEX because it’s an energetic job which keeps me fit. I also enjoy working here because I learn something new every day.
Tom Walton
Warehouse operative
My responsibilities include picking files for clients, re-filing returned files, organising box movements within the warehouse and using the barcode management system, O’Neil, to full effect.
