Tomas provides strategic direction and leadership to IBEX. Tomas has been Managing Director for national and international divisions of major listed and private support service companies in the UK, Australia, Denmark and Internationally.

Gerard Downes, Finance Director (ACA)

Gerard oversees financial and the company's acquisitions team. Gerard brings over fifteen years of financial management, advisory and acquisitions experience, including management roles in venture capital and corporate finance.

Lorraine Birch, Managing Director - IBEX

Lorraine oversees IBEX's operations and business development in the North of England. Lorraine has over twelve years of experience in records and information management and was previously a founding partner and director of operations at Alexander Young Limited which was acquired by IBEX in September 2009.

Stephen Ross, Chairman

Stephen advises IBEX on strategic and corporate development. He is Chairman of Altrincham-based NES Group Limited and is a Non Executive Director of three other private companies. He has had substantial venture capital experience as founder of AIM-listed Springboard plc, and prior to that as a Director of 3i plc.

Ron Stratton, Non Executive

Ron founded the world's third largest Rolls Royce & Bentley dealership, the eponymous Ron Stratton of Knutsford, Cheshire, which he sold to the quoted Motor Group Sytner in 2001. Ron is now a significant private investor.
